Meeting called to order @ 7:00 pm. 12 members present.

Secretaries report: Accepted as written.

Treasure’s report

Committttee Reports:

Trustee Report: nothing new to report.
Club Radio Station: Waiting for programing and installation
of EPROM. Last open mike night logged Costa Rica.
V.E. License Testing: We had 4 testers, 1 new tech., 1 Gen-
eral and 2 Extras. Next exam 7-24-10, 9am, @ Allegan Hosp.
A.R.P.S.C.: need operators to handle SKYWARN and emergency
com. at B-93 concert at Martin Raceway on June 19 & 20.
Field Day: see below.
Allegan County Fair: next meeting of committee will be
after 4th of July.
Fox Hunt: set date for hunt after W8TB fox hunt presentation at
July club meeting.
Club Picnic: The club picnic will be held at Field Day.
Location is North Park, Otsego. All family members are
invited. (see Field Day below for more info).

Old Business:

440 Repeater: Steve WB8MBT will get Frequency coordinated. It
will be located at Allegan Hosp. Jim AC8AG is authorized to
purchase used antenna and cans for the repeater.

New Business: Bob KD8LZT to research and report back options for the
club purchase of a portable vertical HF antenna for use
at remote events.

FIELD DAY and CLUB PICNIC: Sat., June 26. @ the NORTH PARK, OTSEGO. Set up at
11:00 am, start at noon. Activities to include but not limited to satellite
radio, HF, 2M/70cm, Solar power, RACES trailer (?) and G.O.T.A. station. This
is also the Club Picnic: there will be plenty of food and the park has many
activities for the whole family. The club will NOTE participate at the Fly IN
at the airport that day.

Meeting Adjourned @ 8:15 pm. Next meeting is July 12 @ 7:00 pm at the
Red Cross building, Allegan.
