Trustee Report: Application for our 440 Repeater for coordination sent in by WD8MBT on 11/8/12
Courtesy Tone on 147.240 is still loud and the addition of a controller board know as a “Beagle Board” is being studied.

Club Radio Station: Next open Mike night is Tuesday December 18st @ 7PM – Roof leak over the station has apparently been fixed but concern still exists about its integrity – Station reassembly is tentatively scheduled for next Open mike night –
Snow removal @ ARC: Please sign up with Steve Motter for your week

10 Meter Net: Please check in with Jack (W8PPM) Wednesday evenings @ 8PM local – Freq: 28380 MHZ (alternate 28.390 or 28.370 MHZ if busy) Topic’s of interest are always welcome

VE Testing: Held @ the Allegan Hospital Cafeteria. Price is $15 + two forms of identification including a copy of Your current license (if You have one) – Contact AA8L for next test session information
Next testing scheduled on November 24th @ 9AM

Allegan County ARPSC: Next Meeting on December 15, 2012 –9am @ the EOC

National Weather Service Annual Special event Station: December 1st @ WX8GRR @ GRR Airport

Allegan County SAR still needs Hams for their communications and more activity from members- – County Mounted Sherriff patrol is joining ACSAR- Contact Ron KD8CHT to help with training new members including the new Barry County Group. ASCAR Meetings held every other Thursday @ 7PM – – Monitor 147.240 for next event

CLUB Christmas Party: We will have this years party at the Bunkerhill Resturant on December 8th (snow Date 12/9) Arrive @ 1Pm with Dinner about 1:30PM – Corner of A37 & 142nd street west of Dorr
ACTION: All those who wish to attend should contact Jim Gillis on the repeater for a head count.

Trunk Sales Discussion; Club interest with WB3LHU signed on for the committee, and KD8DLP helping with flyer printing – When the date is discussed we will need all hands to help with many jobs
ACTION: Please monitor local ham events and help propose a upcoming date

Spaghetti Dinner Suggestion : by N8UYB – The club has the use of the Masonic Lodge & Kitchen but we need to “tag it on” to another event in the Allegan Area to insure success
Action: Club members please keep your eyes out for possible events we could take advantage of :

Technician Class Offering: The club will gear up for a possible Technician Class BUT need Volunteers to teach or help – Jim & Ron Have volunteered thus far – Please see AC8AG for additional information
The class is free to participants but they will need to buy the License manual
