Look to start a digital net on HF
The club has acquired an FT-857 we are looking to put together a radio kit to be used at cub events and use as a “loner” where club members could check on the radio kit to use if they can afford an HF rig
Things we may need would be a tuner, case, antenna, digital interface for HF digital modes.
John would like to set a dollar amount to build this kit for $300

Discussion started about moving winter meeting dates to a Saturday morning to keep everyone off the roads during bad weather conditions.
January-March daylight meetings on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 11AM
Table for next month think about locations and we will check on the availability of the Meeting room at Plainwell public safety.

Possibly moving locations this year from Salem township hall to Allegan Township Hall if there is a scheduling conflict. Randy will reach out to see if Salem is available.
Once have a location nailed down, we need to push the swap on social media and to other clubs.
